Geoghegan Grand Ballroom

The Geoghegan Grand Ballroom has a wonderful view of Lake Pontchartrain. With windows everywhere you look you cannot miss the beatufiul sunset with the lake in the background. Our Grand Ballroom contains over 2,750 square feet, and a balcony that spans the front of the building with over 655 square feet. The ballroom has a retractable projection screen, and a industrial projector mounted on the ceiling. Using our provided tables, and chairs you can create a wonderful atmosphere for your event. You can even use the projector and sound system to create a multimedia presentation that will add that special something to make your event more memorable. Hess Reception Hall

Upon entering the Hess Reception Hall you are greeted to the warm atmosphere of our new building -- over 2,679 square feet of atmosphere. With marble floors, and an modern feel to the room it can set the mood for your entire event. The reception hall can be used for cocktail parties or a sit down meal. This is the perfect location to serve as a registration, or greeting area for your conference or party. Since the Geoghegan Grand Ballroom can only handle 227 people the Hess Reception Hall can be used as an extra area for your guests to enjoy themselves. Bart Boardroom

Our executive boardroom creates a great atmosphere for any meeting. The room can be arranged in whatever configuration you would like. There are 14 luxurious solid wood tables, and 28 executive leather chairs. Either side of the room contains a retractable projection screen which will allow your PowerPoints to be crisp and clear. If two seperate areas are needed there is a large retractable room divider that spans the room. After a long meeting the adjacent kitchen is a great place to serve food from.
